In addition to your general comments, you can consider answers to the following questions:
- What are the speakers strengths?
- What does he do that projects confidence or passion?
- What does he do - if anything that makes him look less than confident?
- What evidence is there that the content uses language, examples and contexts etc. with which the audience is familiar?
- Does the content answer the questions those particular audience members would have?
- Does the arrangement of the content suggest a strategic approach to achieving the speech objective?
- What could the speaker have done differently?
